You can backup your databases using the PHP MyAdmin utility which is offered in your control panel.

For cPanel Hosting packages you can utilize PHP MyAdmin feature, you need to select the database for backup and select “Export” tab on the right screen. Choose the tables you wish to backup (or “Select All” for all tables). Scroll down and tick “Save File As” and click on the “Go” button. On the other hand for Windows Hosting Packages you can access PHP MyAdmin from http://www.domainname.org/webdataadmin/

Restoring MySQL database using PHP MyAdmin :: Click on your database name shown on the upper left. Locate your back up file for the database that you want to restore. Open it and copy the entire contents. Paste into the field called “Run SQL query on database yourdomainname_org” and click the “Go” button.
